Data boxes
Necessary applications to communicate with the authorities. Data boxes from YDS automatically pick up your mail and most of the tasks they will do for you. The program can integrate with DMS Xenia and WorkFlow.

OCR
It passes through your organization every day large numbers of documents that need to fill? Thanks to Xenia module OCR / ICR will be able to collectively and effectively taken to process invoices and other structured documents. In OCR is part the template editor, where users create templates for different document types. Thanks to the templates, the system automatically detects what the document is and further processed.
Directory
Thanks to the directory you keep overview of all business contacts. Contacts are editable and can create entries for them. Module directory is applicable in DMS Xenia and WorkFlow. Processes, you can assign to contacts, resulting in one place can be traced for example all invoices, bids or contracts relating to the selected firm. Contacts can be imported into a directory of systems already in use.
Bar codes
Specialized module of Xenia recognizes bar codes located on the scanned documents and automatically fills according them dokuments´attributes in the application. This process compared with manual excerption of information saves considerable time. Asset is a unique identification document.
Scanning Module
Scanning module is part of the DMS Xenia and optional digital archive Daxia. Enable scanning documents, preparing them for subsequent processing and simple insertion into the DMS Xenia.

For describing documents of the numerical values of interlinked, serve the module Mathematical operations. Insert the definition of the relationship between individual attributes and document processing system automatically calculates it for you.
